From Madrid: A2 Motorway to Zaragoza. Exit 26 "Centro comercial/La Garena/Alcalá Norte". Continue on Avda. Juan Carlos I. After the 3rd rounabout, turn right. The hotel is 100 m ahead of you.

From Zaragoza/Guadalajara: A2 Motorway to Madrid. Exit 30 and take the service road which runs alongside the motorway. Continue for 2 km and exit at Centro Comercial/La Garena/Pol. Industrial". Make a complete circuit of the roundabout and cross the bridge leading over the A2. Turn right at the Felipe V roundabout. The hotel is 100 m ahead of you.

Late Arrivals: Guests must arrive at the hotel prior to 23:00 hrs. Your room cannot be guaranteed after 23:00 hrs. If you can’t change your time of arrival, please contact the hotel prior to 23:00 hrs local time.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
