The hotel has 544 rooms with sea views, including 358 standard rooms, 110 junior suites, 5 suites and 73 Royal Service rooms. All of the rooms offer a fully equipped bathroom with hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, minibar and safety deposit box. 24 hour room service.

The Royal Service Floor is located on the top floor of the hotel and offers spectacular views, private reception, breakfast lounge and a free open bar in the afternoon (available from Monday to Saturday).

10 kilometres (6 miles) from "El Altet" International Airport (ALC). Next to the Explanada and located in one of the most exclusive areas of the city centre, just 100 metres from City Hall on Postiguet beach, next to the new Alicante Yacht Harbour, and only 7 kilometres from San Juan beach.
