You can easily walk to most tourist attractions, including Gaudi’s world famous La Sagrada Familla Cathedral, La Pedrera, Casa Batllo as well as all the Tapas bars, restaurants and boutiques.

These brand new loft style apartments (opened in October, 2007) sleep up to 8 guests. Very stylish with large windows, high ceilings, modern kitchens, bathrooms and open spaces that create a truly enjoyable ambiance.

Walk out the front door of your apartment and you are in the heart of the beautiful and bohemian Gracia district. The apartments are only a 2 minute walk from the elegant Passeig de Gracia, Barcelona’s most fashionable boulevard, and a short stroll from Gaudi’s world famous La Sagrada Familla, as well as La Pedrera.

You will also find a metro and various bus routes a short walk away for exploring the rest of this fantastic city.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
