Located in the hip Gracia neighbourhood of Barcelona, close to the beautiful Passeig de Gracia, one of Barcelona’s main boulevades filled with terrace cafes, tapas bars and some of the most upmarket shops.

Many of Gaudi’s most renowned creations (Casa Batlló, La Pedrera, etc...) are located in the surrondings.

Room information

These recently refurbished apartments have one double bed and a double sofa bed and are equipped with designer furniture.

Apartments come complete with sheets, pillows, towels and bed linen, as well as basic cleaning products.

Each apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, tea pot, coffee pot and kitchen utensils. Every apartment has a private bathroom and a hairdryer. The apartments all have a light, airy living room, filled with natural light. The living rooms contain a double sofa bed, a TV and a CD and DVD player.

All guests have access to communal washing machines and dryers and all apartments have an iron and ironing board.

All of the apartments are non-smoking.

Tourists information

By Metro:
The apartments are less than a minutes walk from the Gracia Metro station, which is on the dark blue Metro line (line 6) and the brown Metro line (line 7).

Remarks

There is no reception desk, so please inform us of your arrival time in Barcelona. Call the phone number or send us an email in order to arrange check-in which starts at 14:00. If you arrive before 14:00, you can come to our office at number 219 Sardenya Street to store your luggage. For a late check-in after 22:00, there is an extra charge of EUR 20 to pay upon arrival. Also before arrival, call the mobile phone number which appears in the reservation confirmation.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Public parking is possible on streets nearby and costs EUR 26.75 per day.
