An elegant group of apartments measuring a spacious 110 m² that are pleasantly situated 300 metres from Guadi’s world-famous Sagrada Familia temple.

Located in the Eixample neighbourhood in the cosmopolitan Barcelona, 9 streets from Passeig de Gracia one of the city’s main thoroughfares. Just one street down you will find Gran Via another of Barcelona’s main streets with many public transport options.

These apartments are very nice and well-equipped. The kitchen is equipped with 2 ring hob.

Room information

The apartments have one double bed and a double sofa bed and are equipped with designer furniture.

Apartments come complete with sheets, pillows, towels and bed linen, as well as basic cleaning products.

Each apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, tea pot, coffee pot and kitchen utensils. Every apartment has 2 private bathrooms and a hairdryer. The apartments all have a light, airy living room, filled with natural light. The living rooms contain a double sofa bed, a TV and a CD and DVD player.

All guests have access to communal washing machines and dryers and all apartments have an iron and ironing board.

All of the apartments are non-smoking.

Remarks

There is no reception desk, so please inform us of your arrival time in Barcelona. Call the phone number or send us an email in order to arrange check-in which starts at 14:00. If you arrive before 14:00, you can come to our office at number 219 Sardenya Street to store your luggage. For a late check-in after 22:00, there is an extra charge of EUR 20 to pay upon arrival. Also before arrival, call the mobile phone number which appears in the reservation confirmation.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
