This building has an excellent location, offering easy access for tourists, as well as a garden and pool area for your enjoyment during your stay in our accommodation.

There is a common laundry room and food and drinks vending machines and in addition to this, the building has a 24-hour concierge service that allows us to attend to all of your needs. The building has 13 floors and 42 apartments. Each apartment has a living-dining room, open-plan kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom and terrace. They are completely furnished. You will find all the necessary services to meet your needs over the course of your holidays.

A deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival. This deposit is refunded upon departure, after the apartment has been checked.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
