Tourists information

From Alicante Airport follow indications to the A7 motorway towards Valencia. Take motorway exit 65 - "Benidorm Levante". After the toll keep on straight ahead and merge on to the Europa Ave. When you reach the roundabout at the end of the Europa Ave., turn left on to the Mediterráneo Ave. At aprox. 400m take a left on to Filipinas Ave. and continue. You will find the hotel on your left hand side.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots.
One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
