This 3-star all inclusive hotel is perfectly situated in the centre of S'arenal, just 300 metres from the beach and close to a wide range of shopping and entertainment facilities.

The hotel comprises of 2 buildings, with a reception, satellite TV corner, bar, lobby and non-smoking dining room. The comfortable guestrooms are spread out over 9 floors and are reachable by a lift. The rooms are well equipped with standard facilities including a bathroom and balcony. There is an outdoor pool for adults and children and a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. Close by there is a sports centre with tennis and squash courts and a gym.

S'arenal is one of the more traditional resorts in the Llucmajor district of Majorca, with smaller buildings and a pleasant seafront. The pleasant location and excellent facilities makes Kilimanjaro an ideal place to stay for an enjoyable beach holiday in Majorca.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child from 2 to 6 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
One child from 6 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 2.00 per 30 minutes.
