Kontiki Playa is located on the first line of Playa de Palma along a lovely seafront promenade, close to the capital Palma and the airport.

The communications are excellent, it's surrounded by an ample variety of leisure services such as shops, bars, restaurants and discos.

In the common areas there's a roomy salon-bar with air-conditioned, swimming pool for adult and children, sun terrace area with sun beds and umbrellas free of charge.

-Once you reach the beach turn left at the roundabout and continue until you reach the road ‘Marbella’.

The hotel does not have parking facilities. However parking in the surrounding areas is not a problem.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
