Disabled Facilities:
The entire hotel is accessible for disabled guests and all of the public areas are accessible for wheelchair users. There are several rooms available that are suitable for disabled guests with specially adapted bathrooms. These rooms are subject to availability and should be reserved directly with the hotel.

Room information

When you enter your room, you will feel like you have entered into a place designed to help you rest; for example there will be 4 pillows on your bed. Exclusive details, such as the special reading lamps on the bed head, free mini bar, smoking/non-smoking rooms, room service and personal climate control are designed to make you feel that your room is always how you want it.

Food and beverages

The restaurant is in a calm setting with a functional and modern design that allows you to enjoy an intimate and comfortable atmosphere. The cuisine ranges from a complete buffet-style breakfast to a varied selection of à la carte dishes, freshly prepared from the best-quality ingredients. All of this makes the restaurant the perfect place for a business lunch or a pleasurable dinner.

The rich buffet breakfast is served from 07:00 to 11:00 during the week and from 08:00 until 12:00 at weekends. Dinner is served from 20:00 to 23:00 every day.

The hotel is situated not far from many historic attractions, including:

Granada's Cathedral (3.4 km) - Located right in the center of Granada and with entrance by the Gran Vía street, it is considered as the first Renaissance church in Spain.

Albayzín Islâmico (2.5 km) - The narrow and raised streets take you to the center of the old Arab district of the city.

Tourists information

By Air:
The hotel is approximately 23 km from Federico García Lorca Granada-Jaén Airport. Taxis are readily available from just outside the airport and the journey from the airport to the hotel should take about 20 minutes. Alternatively, you can take a bus to Granada’s central bus station, which is right next to the hotel. The journey should take about 30 minutes.

By Bus:
The hotel is right next to Granada’s central bus station and the number 3 and number 33 bus run regularly from and to the stop directly in front of the hotel.

By Train:
Granada’s train station is just 2 km from the hotel. A taxi from the station to the hotel should take about 10 minutes.

By Car (from the Jaén-Madrid motorway):
- From the Jaén-Madrid motorway, take Granada’s ring road (A92).
- From the A92 ring road, take exit 123, following the signs for Maracena.
- Follow the signs for the bus station. The hotel is right next door to the bus station.

Remarks

You need to produce ID on arrival. Payment is due at check-out. Deposits are not necessary, except for special events, when the hotel will inform the guest directly.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 2 to 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 40.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 6.50 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 10.00 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 10.70 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
