The apartments are situated 500 meters from fenals beach and 1 KM from lloret de mar’s town center. Rooms: it has a total of 58 apartments distributed the following way:
"a" 2/4: living dining room with settee, convertible into two individual beds, bathroom WC, terrace and safe.
"b" 4/6: living dining room with settee, convertible into two individual beds, two double bedrooms, bathroom WC, terrace and safe.
"c" 6/8: living dining room with settee, convertible into two individual beds, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms WC, terrace and safe.
They have a totally equipped kitchen and TV via satellite (extra payment) telephone and safe for rent.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in public areas only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 12.00 per day.
