Situated in a quiet area of the resort, 400 metres from Fenals beach, there are a handful of shops, bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The centre of the resort is just 800 metres away.

Come and enjoy our swimming pools, garden and terrace. Also, you can join in with the organised entertaiment or head to the gym from a mid-holiday workout. Alternatively, enjoy a relaxing sauna before cooling down with a drink from the bar, or sample one of our meals in the free buffet with show cooking.

Activ Natura Santa Susanna: mountain adventure park with different sports activities, such as a high rope course, paint ball, archery, climbing, trekking, mountain biking and jeep and quad safari.

Nautic sports: sailing, kayak, canoeing, watter skiing, wind surf...

Furthermore: amusement park Port Aventura Salou; Karting Blanes; Gnomo Park Lloret; golf; Horseback riding Lloret; boat trips to Costa Brava beaches.

Tourists information

From Girona Airport: Various regular buses to Lloret de Mar.

From France: From the AP 7 motorway take exit 10 (Vidreres, Lloret de Mar).

From Barcelona: From the AP 19 motorway take the exit in Palafolls.

From Barcelona airport: There are regular trains to Blanes, and from Blanes station there are several regular buses to Lloret de Mar.

Remarks

Supplement for bookings of 1 or 2 nights: EUR 6 per person per night.
Extra charge for use of safety deposit box in room: EUR 3 per day and EUR 15,50 per week.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 7 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas only and costs EUR 6.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 17.00 per day.
