Tourists information

From the A7, take the motorway as far as the Costa Brava, Lloret de Mar entrance. Leave at exit 9, Maçanet de la Selva.

From Girona Airport you need to take the Vilobi D'Onyar exit (N II road) or instead of taking the national road (N II) take the Girona exit towards Lloret de Mar leaving the motorway at Vidreres city, exit n 8.

From Barcelona airport take the Ronda Litoral road and turn into the AP 19, leaving this road at the Palafolls city exit. Alternatively take the motorway at Tordera/Blanes/Lloret de Mar.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 2 to 14 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
One older child or adult is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas only and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Meals and selected beverages are included in the roomrate.

Parking: Public parking is possible on streets nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7.00 per day.
