All the apartments and studios have a balcony and are fully equipped with a washing machine, oven, coffeemaker, microwave and all the necessary kitchen equipment. There is also an iron. Large bathrooms, heating and fully air-conditioned. Cots available. Entryphone.

Studios for 1 or 2 people. Living room with a double sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom (with hairdryer)

Apartments for 4 people. One twin room and a double sofa bed in the lounge, wardrobes, kitchen and bathroom with hairdryer.

Attic apartment for 4 people. One twin room, a double sofa bed in the lounge, kitchen and bathroom. The attic apartment is larger than the apartment.

Please indicate estimated time of arrival when submitting the reservation so that we can give you the keys.
A few days prior to arrival, the client needs to contact the Apartments (Juan) in order to arrange the handling of the keys!
Credit cards are accepted, but if you use this form of payment, we will increase the total amount by 2%, which is the commission the bank charges for every transaction with a credit card.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
