The hotel Hurval Puerta de Alcalá has 70 magnificent rooms, consisting of 65 Standard, Rooms, 4 Junior Suite Rooms and one Suite.

Two of the standard rooms have been designed and equipped for the comfort of those with disabilities, and access to the rooms is easy and pleasant.

The versatile decoration uses various colour schemes, creating different atmospheres in each room, giving the hotel a homely, comfortable and high quality character.

The Zaguán de Durval is a cosy restaurant serving exceptional seasonal dining, a modern style and detailed service.

You can arrive at the hotel by taking a taxi (35 minutes) or by tube. The nearest metro stations are Retiro (line 2) and Banco de España (line 2).

By car:
From any direction:
- Take the M30 (ring road).
- Exit at O’ Donnell Street.
- Continue straight ahead on O’ Donnell Street for 2 km, then turn left into Alcala Street.
- Once in Puerta de Alcala, at the roundabout, take the first exit to Salustiano Olozaga Street.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 50.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
