Room information

The hotel has both street and inner looking rooms, rooms with a balcony and rooms for disabled guests. All these rooms are upon availability, and they have Internet, music, air conditioning, a hair dryer, telephone and minibar.
At our reception desk you will find information about Madrid, the museums, tours, etc.

Food and beverages

In our hotel NH Zurbano you will find a good restaurant, bar and cafeteria. We have 7 meeting rooms from 10 to 170 persons.
You will enjoy our buffet breakfast, because you may choose as much to eat as you like and it's of the highest quality.
Our restaurant is open for breakfast from Monday to Thursday from 07:00 until 11:00 and on weekends from 08:00 until 12:00.
For lunch it opens from 13:00 until 16:00.
For dinner we are open from 20:30 until 23:30.

Area information

The NH Hotel Zurbano is located in the Chamberi area close to the Paseo de la Castellana. It is just 2 minutes walk away from the subway or train station, which takes you directly to the airport. You can take your baggage and go directly to the airport from the Nuevos Ministerios station.
Nearby you will find restaurants, a shopping centre and the fair district Juan Carlos I.

Tourists information

The airport is very close to the hotel: you can take line 8 (subway) until Nuevos Ministerios station and there change to line 10, there's only one station, you should get off in Gregorio Marañón and walk 2 minutes to the hotel.
We are close to all road accesses: Barcelona, Burgos, Córdoba, Valencia, etc.

Remarks

We have rooms for the disabled guests.
Children up to 12 are charged per an extra bed. The tariff varies depending on weekday or weekend staying. Please confirm with the hotel.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 65.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
