The hotel offers various facilities including a cafeteria as well as a TV room and lounge and a superb spa recently completely renovated.
The spa offers a variety of relaxing and therapeutic treatments including face and body treatments designed to relax you, with botanical, purifying or deluxe aromatic facial treatments.
Also available are treatments for the body using special salts, algae, and oils.

Relaxing massage treatments where time seems to disappear include aromatic, Swedish, jet lag and sport massages.

Authentic Shiatsu and Ai-chi massages are available as well.

The hotel has 262 spacious and luxurious en suite rooms laid out over 7 floors. There are 183 double rooms, 26 single rooms and 19 impressive suites.

Food and beverages

The hotel has 2 restaurants, The Arco and la Broche.

The Arco is located in the hotel’s basement and occupies a space that was once one of the most famous and glamorous nightclubs in Madrid. The Arco serves breakfast, brunch and lunch.

La Broche has recently been renovated by Sergi Arola and has let its progress and development be known through these last few years, without losing its fun and adventurous spirit.
