Tourists information

Coming from the highway A8 Munich-Stuttgart you have to take the exit "Augsburg Ost".
There you alwaiys drive straight on direction city.
Crossing a bridge you have to go into the left lane of the street.
Beside the streetlight, coming up next, there is the MAN company on the right hand side.
At this streetlight you have to turn left and follow the lane up to the third streetlight. Now you should be at a big streetcross.
There you have to turn to the right up the hill "Leonhardsberg".
You continue till the second streetlight and turn to the right.
Now you see our hotel on the left hand side of the street.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms only and costs EUR 8.20 per hour.
