Between 2006 and 2007 we have fully renovated the room facilities like minibar, safety deposit box, digital TV, Wi-Fi connection, etc. in all our 109 rooms.

The hotel has different floors for non-smokers and smokers, you can indicate your preference when making your reservation.

Food and beverages

In our cafe-restaurant you can enjoy delicious dishes and a selective wine list.
We invite you try our buffet breakfast.

Area information

The hotel is situated a few metres from the hospital area, a short distance from the main industrial parks and 2 km from the historical city centre.

Easy access from the airport and bus and train stations.

You can take a walk, practise sports or simply relax in the modern Yamaguchi park, an oriental park.
Cinemas very near the hotel.
You can visit also the planetarium.

Tourists information

By air:
From Noain airport: you can take a taxi or bus number 21, which takes you to the city centre from the airport. Get off at the 3rd stop (Avenida Barañain/ Avenida Navarra). Continue along Avenida Navarra; the hotel is only one block further.

Bus times: from 06:00 to 23:30, every 30 minutes.
On weekends: every 60 minutes.

By Train:
You can take a taxi from the station or:
- Bus line number 9 until Plaza Merindades, then, on the other side of the same square take line 12 to the hotel.
- You can also avoid changing buses by taking line 7 on Avenida San Jorge: get off in Avenida Barañain and you will be just one block away from the hotel.

Bus times: from 06:30 to 22:00, every 10 minutes.
On weekends: every 20 minutes.

By car:
From Zaragoza:
- Exit the motorway at 83-B, towards Pamplona.
- Past a roundabout, go to the right lane, signposted San Sebastián-Vitoria-Logroño and signs to Fábrica VW and Hoteles Zona Hospitalaria.
- You are now in Avenida Navarra, on the same avenue, on your left, once you pass Clínica Universitaria, you will see the hotel.

From Vitoria and San Sebastián:
- Take the 1st exit once you pass the tollgate, signposted to Berriozar.
- You are now in Avenida Navarra; you will find the hotel on the same avenue, by the 5th roundabout on your right.

From Logroño:
- Coming from Avenida Aróstegui.
- Once you reach the Clínica Universitaria, take the ring road on the left, towards San Sebastián-Vitoria.
- The hotel is by the 1st roundabout on your left.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 21.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 10.00 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 14.00 per day.
