Located in the most central street in Benidorm and at only 75 meters from the Levante Beach, in an area of easy access to a whole business district of the city and typical old town streets and at only 500 meters from Poniente Beach and the seaport.

The clients of the Avenida Apartments will be able to enjoy all of the services of the Avenida Hotel * * * * located opposite the Apartaments. These services include: restaurant, bars, pool, jacuzzi, gym and sauna (extra charge), as well as attending to the activities that our entertainment team prepares at the hotel.

The pool found at the Avenida Hotel's roof is also available for use by the clients of the Avenida Apartments.

The 24 hour reception offers services like currency exchange, car rental, safe deposit-box rental, etc... The reception will also give information about itineraries and places of interest in our city and our district, as well as of schedules and other information regarding the varied theme parks that Benidorm has to offer. Payments at reception are only accepted in cash or Visa credit cards
Spanish, English, French and Italian spoken.

The solarium, jacuzzi, gym and sauna (extra charge) are also available for clients of the Apartments and are found on the roof of the Avenida Hotel. A limited parking lot can be found at 300 meters from the Apartments.

If the hotel's gym doesn't suit your excercise needs the reception will gladly inform you on where you will be able to practice the sport of your choice, being water or court sports.

In the Avenida Hotel there are activities for children (minimum 10 years) organized by our entertainment team. The Avenida hotel has children dinning seats for use in the dining room.

You will be able to enjoy all the activities and games prepared by our entertainment team in the Avenida hotel, as well as of the occasional shows and dance that they are carried out in the same hotel.

There are 70 apartments, 52 one-bedroom and 18 2-bedroom apartments. In addition to the listed amenities all apartments have an electric kettle and a coffee machine.
Most of the rooms have a terrace and a safe deposit box can be rented at reception. The apartments are cleaned on a weekly basis. Sheets and towels are changed twice a week.

The Avenida Apartments don't have bars but the clients are welcome to enjoy the services given at the bar of the Avenida Hotel, found opposite the apartments. The working hours of the hotel's bar are from 10:00am until 1:00am. The apartments don't have restaurant either but clients are again welcomed to eat at the hotels buffet restaurant. Complete buffet where it is possible to enjoy the most varied in international cuisine made with high quality products.

Located in downtown Benidorm, with a wide business district with all type of stores around it. The Levante Beach is only at 75 meters from the hotel and a public bus stop at 150 meters with buses running every 5 minutes toward other areas of the city, the Aqualand and Mundomar theme parks aswell as the Terra Natura and Terra Mítica. A taxi rank is also available at 100 meters from the hotel. Other places of interest are the towns of Altea, Calpe and Guadalest, the Algar fountains and the Canalobre caves.
