Nice Hotel under family management, situated on the second sea-line (Main beach of Lloret de Mar) just behind our Hotel Athene and 10 meters far from the center. Small swimming pool at the top of the hotel ( Solarium ) with hammocks, umbrellas, shower, tables, chairs and a drinks machine.

In order to get to our hotel, go until the Paseo Maritimo (Promonade) towards the castle. At the end of the promenade you have to turn to the left and again to the left. 20 meter on the right side Hotel Athene Neos ( behind the municipal car park and HOTEL ATHENE ).

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.30 per night and person for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the business centre only and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Half board is not included and costs EUR 8.50 per person.
