The landscape is very attractive making excursions, hiking, cycling, and practising different mountain sports. Blanes
2 km far from Lloret, can be considered the paradise of flowers and plants, with 2 most important botanic gardens of Europe: Mar i Murtra and Pinya de Rosa. From 21.07. till 28.07. the International competition of fireworks is held there, and the Trophy of Blanes during the main feast.
