Our hotel is located at a few minutes from the old part of the city. At a few metres from the hotel, you can visit two emblematic Pre-Romanesque Asturian art monuments: the San Julián de los Prados church and the Foncalada Fountain.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 16.05 per night and person for extra beds.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.35 per night and person for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 5.35 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible on streets nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.50 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
