Right on the beach, the hotel is ideally situated in the Montemar area in Torremolinos, between the Marina yachting harbour and La Carihuela, the gastronomic centre of the Costa del Sol.

La Barracuda was first opened in 1975 and has since been completely renovated. It employs a highly qualified staff, distinguished for their friendliness.

Our hotel is ideally located 2km from the centre of Torremolinos and only 9km from the airport.

La Barracuda is right on the beach and has an extensive garden, with a swimming-pool, tennis court, petanque court and ping-pong.

You will find a bar with open-air terrace and a lounge bar, as well as a ballroom, games room, television lounge, and solarium on the 10th floor.

Entertainment is available every night, with live music, flamenco shows, magicians and Latin dance classes, to name just a few.

During the summer months the hotel organises championships of tennis, swimming, pétanque and other children’s games.

Hotel La Barracuda is right on the beach where you can sail as well as other different water sports. It is near of a lot of enjoyable places such as:
- Aquatic Park Aqualand (3 km): The biggest one on the Costa del Sol.
- Selwo Marina (350 metres): Park with marine animals and exotic birds.
- Selwo Safari Park (60 km): Unique park in Europe where 2000 different species live in their original habitats.
- Amusement Park Tivoli (1 km): Variety of attractions and music shows.
Also there are a lot of museums like Picasso Museum (18 km).

By Car:
From Málaga:
-Take the N-340, go into the ring road and the take the last roundabout and continue until you arrive at the beach, just before going into Benalmádena.

From the airport:
-Take the N-340 towards Cadiz (when leaving the airport in the right), when you arrive at Torremolinos and are taking the last roundabout, you will pass the Carrefour Supermarket and the Repsol petrol station, before going into Benalmádena, go towards the beach and go till the end of the road.

-By Train, stop in Torremolinos Centro and you can either take a taxi or a bus to the hotel (Montemar station).

By Train:
RENFE (Spanish train company) from Málaga to Torremolinos, it takes around half an hour. The stop is the Torremolinos Centre and from there you can take either a taxi or a bus to the hotel (Montemar station).

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.
